Lasagna

My first time making it and hubs was blown away. I'd say that's a success, yes?

Ingredients:

•lasagna pasta
•1.5 packages of Three Cheese
•1.5 packages of Mozzarella Cheese
•2 packages of lean ground turkey
•one container of ricotta cheese (OR 1 container of cottage cheese)
•1 jar of mushroom and garlic sauce (or whatever sauce you prefer!)

I make a big pan of lasagna so we have plenty of leftovers and can bring dinner to each of our families. Who doesn't enjoy a night off from cooking every now and then?

Directions:
Cook the ground turkey until it's brown. Add in the sauce. Set on simmer to keep it warm. Cover the bottom of the pan with a layer of ricotta cheese, then the lasagna noodles, sauce with meat, mozzarella, shredded cheese, and repeat until there's no more room in the pan for ingredients. Put it in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

And the final product. Yum!

We serve it with a side of garlic bread and/or house salad.
